Best Sudoku is a free Sudoku game made to feel good on a phone. It opens instantly, works offline, and asks for nothing: no account, no ads, no pop-ups.
What makes it different
- Puzzles you can trust. Every puzzle has exactly one solution and can be finished with logic alone. Each puzzle is graded by the hardest technique it needs. Easy and Medium need only singles (Medium has fewer clues), Hard needs pairs and locked candidates, and Expert needs X-Wing or XY-Wing. Variant puzzles are graded the same way with their own rules: Easy needs only singles, and Hard needs one what-if step.
- Hints that teach. A hint tells you why a number goes where it does, and highlights the cells that prove it.
- Variants. Killer, Sudoku X, Thermo, Anti-Knight and Anti-King, each with Easy and Hard puzzles, verified to have one solution, and hints that explain the variant rule. See the variants.
- A reason to come back. One puzzle a day, the same for everyone, with a streak, three daily rings and unlockable themes. Miss a day and a streak shield can cover it.

How the puzzles are made
Puzzles come from a large bank that is checked for a unique solution and graded by the solving techniques it requires. Every game is shown through a random rotation, reflection and relabelling, so two games from the same base puzzle look different. Daily puzzles are picked from the date, so everyone gets the same one, and the archive never changes.
